Goals from Bruno Fernandes (25', 82' pen.), Bryan Mbeumo (51'), and Mason Mount (62') sealed Man United's perfect result at Molineux.
Wolves' only goal came from Jean-Ricner Bellegarde (45'+2). Bellegarde's goal had leveled the score at 1-1 at halftime. "We started the game very well," said Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim.
"When we scored, we let Wolves dominate the game and struggled at the end of the first half,"
the Portuguese manager added. Throughout the first half, Man United were indeed more dominant, registering five shots on target, compared to just one for the hosts. "In the second half, we played with speed, quality, and good decision-making, and we finished the game," said Amorim. Amorim was pleased to see his team had made significant improvements. According to the official Premier League website, throughout the match against Wolves, United peppered Wolves with a total of 27 shots.
Of those 27 attempts, 10 were on target.

Amorim was pleased with the aggressiveness of Bryan Mbeumo and his teammates. "We scored four goals, but we also had a lot of shots. I can't attribute it to being more clinical. We've improved a lot," said Amorim. Thanks to the victory over Wolves, Manchester United climbed to sixth place in the Premier League standings with 25 points.Manchester United is now only two points behind fourth-placed Crystal Palace. "If you compare last season and this season, we created more chances, scored more goals, and had more dangerous situations. I'm very happy with that," said Amorim after the Wolves vs. Man United match, as reported by Sky Sports.
